I pay about additional 200 a month also. But if you think they are not going to increase that you are sadly mistake. They plan to make it like moats jobs. Not a cut above like before.
There is only 1 way to straighten this out and that is to strike. So unless someone in the Union leadership has ba--s to go to jail, then we are at their mercy. Trust me. If we shut this sh-t show down for a day or 2 we'd get what we want
Unfortunately it is more of the same from large corporations. Beat the he-l out of the working man/woman all for the sake of "shareholders." In the end alot of us who have been furloughed will get the chance to come back if we choose to, they can only run this operation on three wheels for so long. I myself will probably go back, finding comparable pay is not too hard it's the insurance and retirement that is tough to beat. I'm sure others will disagree but my family's health care jumped 200 a month not having the RR insurance. Good Luck to All.
