Given the way staff are treated at DXC and the outrageous exec payments, one can only hope that the exec suffer serious personal misfortunes, so that they might learn to empathize with those from whom they are profiting.
This comes from a place of love and compassion not hatred. Unless they experience difficulties themselves it's hard to see how they will ever move beyond pious words or really put people first.
If you add up the exec payments for 2021 and distribute them across the workforce, it would, in many cases, increase the paltry pay rises awarded by over 50%.
A $1,500 pay rise is an insult when the CEO rakes in $21 Million.
Mike and his crony crew really need a dose of reality.
