How long have you been trying to get out of here? I submitted a lot of applications but I couldn’t go beyond the job interview phase. I've been trying to get out of here for almost four months and now I'm becoming desperate. I will most likely have to move to get a new job.

If you do a good job your current leadership won't let you go. After 30 years I'm in the same area of expertise. I move jobs but under the same leadership. Their minds are destroyed with Wincare cr-p and pay good money for them to run reports that you get daily. But keep in mind at least 2 days out of the week the reports don't run properly. But let's continue as a company to pay them big bucks on reporting on work you actually do. You get cussed out by customers and they run reports. Doesn't make since to me!! Go Windstream.
You probably should have thought about this when the company started going through bankruptcy

Threw a resume at a position I saw, just for giggles. Did round 1 interview, got to skip round 2 and went straight to the final round. I am hoping to hear something Friday.
