Where I’m at(carman). Tracks are full but no locomotives/crews to make moves, Cargo sitting(same reason), nothing’s coming/going(same reason). The yard most of the time is dead. Not for lack of business, but lack of power and men.

lets just for the sake of argument say that NS has 20000 employees and of those 12000 are agreement employees, and each one is paying roughly 135 monthly in union dues.... that over 1.6 Million dollars a month to a union that has not and is not going to do anything for us.

Call backs will begin in the 2nd quarter of 2022. An announcement will be made concerning goals being met through PSR. The fleet and rolling stock will need to be built back up to handle increased traffic. The difficult decision will be for the crafts people to take the job or not.
