OSP Construction Manager Frontier Construction, Frontier communications has a job opening or is recruiting for one. out of San Angelo TX. I did not know they still existed as a Communications company . Their fiber panel at my sites was taken over by Global Crossing and then abandoned by LEVEL 3.

Well Storey is former Global Crossing and L3 Management, seems he circles around a few times and yep doing it again.
Frontier took over Verizon copper and fiber in areas south of San Jose, and in the Los Angeles territory here in California. I believe they have been operating out of chapter 11 protection.
