Several of our top recruiters have left Lumen in the last few months. Do they know something we don't know? Many of them were here for a long time. Layoff's coming? Consolidation? Lumen no longer a prime company to work for? I think we know the answer to the last question. I reached out to my long time recruiter on Linkedin and asked her why she left and I got a "No Comment" reply back.

I worked for a company that outsourced recruiting years ago trying to save a buck, the worst decision my former employer ever made. Their in house recruiters didn't have any contacts in the Industry and sent me nothing but loser resumes. Company got rid of the 3rd party and tried hiring back their old recruiters but it was too late, all of them found good jobs.
Centralized 3rd party HR coming to a location near you!
