Can cheap labor fix the problems that are accumulating in this company? I'm not sure it can. Even if it works for a while, I don't know what the results of such a strategy will be in the long run. Luckily this is my last week here and I won’t be at TR to see those results.

I've been working for 4 decades and young managers say I got a bright idea let's outsource. They need to look at history rarely works
The cheap labor isn't worth it and it will do nothing but make products worse in the end. They may cost less but they take 2-3x long to get anything done, need their hands held and still don't do things correctly.
I reminded here of the old saying "You get what you pay for".
