Layoffs were happening at FP yesterday. Today Y reported record earnings but we still need to “right size”? I’m always confused by this.

How is it determined who gets laid off? It seems like they pull badge numbers out of a hat and use reduced teams as excused for low class output…

How're things going at FP?
I know they've been struggling over the past 10 maybe 15 years for a multitude of reasons, but it seems like, at least from an outsiders perspective, things are doing better there now.
Since this is the "Layoff" board, it would be nice if someone reported them.
Been tons of layoffs this year at FP. No one cares. March . Many.
