I dreamt I worked in a unit with a person who had no experience whose work product is garbage but is the heir apparent for the manager position, and is already picked for manager training above people with 20+ years experience. Work? Nahhh don't matter compared to other more important qualities.
I dreamnt of this person being sick of wokeness and Allsh!t and all the stupidity it stands for, its greedy @$$ leaders and the f-ups who pretend to be supervisors, and lack of respect I already have and will have even more for future "leaders". If I have a job. This company is crashing and burning but keep drinking kool aid. (this is part were HR id--ts and/or rep mgt companies jump in, and point out a mis-spelling, because the Interwebz is a Thesis you know).
That was just a dream though, thank heavens it wasn't for real. Sorry for post my bad dream online I don't think like that.

I personally think society is trying to push diversity hard to divide us black vs white. Obviously there should be some diversity but the push just like the vaccine has been overbearing and I'm black lol
