Just whenever you train your potential replacement, do not teach them everything. Make sure you intentionally leave out details here and there so when you got laid off and your trainee is doing your job, they will be having a hard time doing it

we had some last week. We are cut down to the bone now after several rounds and there is too much work for the low staff
