@Delicious tears - who says corny sh-t like that. Sounds pretty bitter and vindictive, from the rumors I hear I wouldn't be surprised if you are actually Dr. Cindy Pace.

So many delicious tears. I don't know the answer to your question because I don't spend that much time looking for things to be offended by in a mandatory training. It'd do your mental health a favor if you just mindlessly click click click like the rest of us.

One of the men in the training was a recipient as well but keep on being triggered. The real crime is that the training took forever and used that stupid animated cr-p that every company seems to love for mandatory training these days.

@1fut+1c2BNngG care to comment on facts instead of hurling insults? How is it that the micro aggression training only shows men behaving badly? Uncomfortable question isn't it?

The people commenting in here are the ones that seem to need the training the most but took the least out of it. Typical.

When I sneeze during a team meeting, is that how considered a microaggression or a bias? I just want to be sure.

@txl+1c2BNngG -- The examples are all male because that's "STEREOTYPICAL" behavior for men! Wait - stereotyping is bad, right?

And it was two ethnically diverse women that were overlooked for the big meeting, right?

The problem with this type of training is it can set everyone on edge to be offended.

It will be like being back in 3rd grade with all the tattle-tailing that will be happening.

Even Liberal Ruth Bader Ginsburg said the opposite,

"‘In every good marriage,’ she counseled, ‘it helps sometimes to be a little deaf.’ I have followed that advice assiduously, and not only at home through fifty-six years of a marital partnership nonpareil. I have employed it as well in every workplace, including the Supreme Court of the United States. When a thoughtless or unkind word is spoken, best tune out."

When they start designated safe spaces, I'm out of here.

Interesting that every example of microaggressions or other inappropriate behavior was conducted by a male in the training. Isn't THAT a microaggression against men?
