So many delicious tears. I don't know the answer to your question because I don't spend that much time looking for things to be offended by in a mandatory training. It'd do your mental health a favor if you just mindlessly click click click like the rest of us.

One of the men in the training was a recipient as well but keep on being triggered. The real crime is that the training took forever and used that stupid animated cr-p that every company seems to love for mandatory training these days.

The people commenting in here are the ones that seem to need the training the most but took the least out of it. Typical.
When I sneeze during a team meeting, is that how considered a microaggression or a bias? I just want to be sure.

And it was two ethnically diverse women that were overlooked for the big meeting, right?
The problem with this type of training is it can set everyone on edge to be offended.
It will be like being back in 3rd grade with all the tattle-tailing that will be happening.

Interesting that every example of microaggressions or other inappropriate behavior was conducted by a male in the training. Isn't THAT a microaggression against men?
