Recently my manager asked for a copy of my resume because he's compiling a list of the team's technical capabilities. Or checking off boxes on the layoff list? Hm...
Why are you expecting something that might represent good management practices?
They are likely going over layoff lists since Centene lost over $500M in 2nd Q.
