In my case, it certainly is. I can’t remember when Follett’s leadership was open, honest and direct about company's operations. It seems to me that employees here never have the important information they should have or if they actually do get it, more often than not they don’t get it on time.

Yes. At other companies I had some idea of how the company was doing. Here it is always a mystery unless you talk to other stores and find out their sales suck too. I stay because it is easy for me and this is the best schedule I’ve ever had. Would be nice to know what’s happening though.
