Couple of people who I know are overdue for their watches (7 months and more). They keep being fobbed off when they ask for a presentation date. What is happening........ rumour had it that this perk for faithful service has been dumped. I assume, if this is the case, that managers' bonuses have been similarly affected/reduced.
