Has anyone noticed their supervisor got a haircut when they come back in the afternoon and you wonder what else they do all day on company time.......... when they write up your job performance

This Supervisor will get her hair cut and nails done when she pleases….on company time. She is management and doesn’t need your approval or permission. So get back to work.
What do you care? They are exempt you are not you are hourly they put in a lot more time than you do and balance their lives accordingly whiner
For the past four years it’s been rare to have a manager stay past lunch in construction.
Everyone gets a lunch break . We are talking about the managers who are a real work of art who are no benefit to society the company and the people around them . ...... who is a sociopath .
You mean the same supervisor with salaried 7x24x365 responsibilities? Do they not break for lunch?
Looking back now ..............pretty sure we had a supervisor that was a sociopath .
Perhaps they took their break that they are entitled to?
This is what a disgruntled underperformer sounds like. Probably whines all the time too.
Now that you mention it, what does my manager do all day? He locks himself in his office and no one ever sees or hears from him the rest of the day. Most of this company's management could probably disappear and no one would even notice.
This is no lie , once the 2nd line came into the work center when we were all about to go home . The 1st line was in the office with the door locked . .....he started beating on the door and said open this up right now .
He also played a round of golf after the cut and feels he cheated the company so he has to make a reason for feeling guilty about it to make himself feel better!Now ask yourself what would Jesus do? Food for thought!
