Is the a reason people are not leaving for a better job?

Looking actively for another job . CNy consistently work 60 hour weeks long term . Angry customers and body shops calling every day wears you out.
Other than Tom Wilson, Glenn Shapiro, and the execs at the top who get fat bonuses I don't think anyone WANTS to work at allstate after the transformation growth. People just have bills to pay and allstate pays well for an easy job
Again Patel in my file. Sending me follow ups about done with this. Had clmt ask me how to contact Patel told them best to go through own carrier at least it will be someone from the US, as being Geico.
I gots billz to pay, ho, and risk, grass isn’t always greener, companies don’t post salaries, etc. I have a family to support and need the stability of my salary/benefits. I also have crippling social anxiety when it comes to new jobs/interviews
