Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

I am genuinely curious why people still want to work here?

Is the a reason people are not leaving for a better job?

Looking actively for another job . CNy consistently work 60 hour weeks long term . Angry customers and body shops calling every day wears you out.

Other than Tom Wilson, Glenn Shapiro, and the execs at the top who get fat bonuses I don't think anyone WANTS to work at allstate after the transformation growth. People just have bills to pay and allstate pays well for an easy job

I gots billz to pay, ho, and risk, grass isn’t always greener, companies don’t post salaries, etc. I have a family to support and need the stability of my salary/benefits. I also have crippling social anxiety when it comes to new jobs/interviews

I don't.

Hanging in for 15 years severance.

That's the only reason for me.
