You are entitled to be treated like a human being and not an emotionless robot who is expected to do the work of three people within regular work hours while losing benefits and receiving no pay increase. If you are not looking for a new job already, this is the time to start. I have, and I already have two interviews lined up. The job market is good, make use of it.

You should stay at any company including schlumberger if you get a high level recognition for something you didnt even do.
All company is same, unless the owner the one hire you. Alway some cscker around company. Your choice stay slb to be rop cs or leave
Yes, you are entitled to be treated as a human. The best thing that EVER happened to me was that I was laid off. It really was a blessing. There are SO MANY better companies out there. Start looking for a new place now, you might be a new hire or maybe missed the layoffs. But one day it will get you. Plan, plan for the future and Schlumberger is not a company that anyone can plan on. They work you and use up your talent, and when they are done with you they toss you to the curb. It doesn’t matter if you come to work everyday, get all your work done. If some one has a family member that needs a job, they will get yours and you will be out. Protect yourself,
