It’s the same story in the last two years or so. Younger folks start working here and then as soon as they find any other job in insurance they leave and then the company hires some more young people and they leave too.
Maybe I’m just an old-timer remembering the “ good old days” but people used to take pride working at Allstate. I know things haven’t been perfect at the company for a while but young people using Allstate as just a short-term stepping stone in the business just paints a picture of the ultimate low this company has reached lately.

He’s right . Life’s too short to give my all to a company like my parents did if said company is going to overwork the heck out of me like Amazon and India ! We’re Americans and we have other options out there. Get the experience here and move on before you’re 30 and it’s too late .
