If you think allstate is screwing you over, there's tons of jobs out there that post better and require less effort... let allstate deal with the staging shortage since less people is what they're going for anyway.

Hate to admit it but I’ve been at Allstate for 36 years retiring in December This place needs a Union. Sorry haters

All the people I’ve known for many decades, yes I’m a boomer so (listen up millennials) who have been involved in a Union, have been More than satisfied with the support they get from their unions, not to mention the better pay, and especially the more affordable health insurance. I think the Union “problems” that Allstate HR trolls love to highlight, is regional based. Not ALL areas would have to join. If nothing else, it would slap the faces of these bullies that have ruined Allstate. You know who you are. COVID 19 has changed the world. Timing is good for a Union challenge. They’ve sh-t on the employees and will continue to sh-t on them, so get a Union it’s worth it. You have zero voice without one.
