Name even one honest example?

How about using the phrase "exciting times" in every F--ing communication since this started while gaslighting all the employees with fake happy faces knowing full well a good chunk would get laid off. Why don't you get off your pollyanna high horse and admit who you are because you post repeatedly trying to defend EB. You either ARE EB or his wife, assuming he isn't already divorced.
How about acting like you are going to fight the Allstate Big Blue when they came to take over Esurance and then ate your words and fell in line with the rest of the sheep in management. Can you take your brown nose out of EB's rear end long enough to read this?
The old Allstate when they closed offices in the past were honest. They advised that a certain number of offices were to close soon and notified you if your office was on the list. Then a head guy would show up at the office to personally deliver the bad news with an option of severance or a move package. Respectful, decisive, empathic and to the point. No games.
You cannot be fired for Union organizing. I don’t know who the id--t is who keeps saying that. It is legally protected behavior.
Ummm laying off way too many people and now being unable to service their customers? Attempting to rehire people they laid off? Talking on town halls like everything is great? Woof.
Define aholes so we can play your game Mrs. Wilson
Unions? LMFAO!!!
You cannot be fired for Union organizing. Don’t let people on this board scare you. Firing for Union organizing is illegal. Go to nlrb.gov for the facts. If you do try to unionize and they fire you, you’ve got a nice juicy lawsuit because that is illegal.
@gml+1bxxjypZ no. Stop pushing a union. Go work somewhere else if you aren't enjoying your job. Even mentioning starting a union at Allstate is a fire-able action pretty your employment agreement, so I wouldn't go around advocating for one verbally to coworkers
Totally agree with poster below. What a shame Allstate had to cut expenses by 40% only to bulk up the stock and executive profits. Thanks Allstate. Time for a Union guys. Take the company back. Go back to being a mutual company.
These examples highlight incompetence, but not that they're as-----s. The posters on this site though, nearly every post demonstrates what as-----s look like

They made *sides of themselves when they laid off many adjusters abd now our leadership in my market the last few months has admitted there’s increased production and not enough adjusters to work the inspects and are asking us to refer anybody with estimating experience for a referral bonus and to tech out to laid off former colleagues to see if they want to come back lol. This has resulted in increased production and longer hours for us along with angry customers and shops. Shops already want us out in the field like the other insurance carriers . We’re still working inspexts for cars sitting at towyards and shops from 6-8 weeks ago . Poor leadership with no direction . If they want to follow geico and progressive they shouldn’t have moved claims to India . Customers call me confused after taking to India about their claim so I’m doing my work plus there’s . Inefficiencies.
