People actually read sites like Glassdoor as well as here to get a feel of what a company is like and how employees are treated. All the bad reviews certainly don’t help to attract even a little bit of talent, especially when the points that are touched on are about lack of a strategy, bad management (at store level,) and a strong lack of leadership at the top. Getting any good workers is a thing of the past now.

So true. And so do concerned customers and investors that only support businesses that exhibit fair and humane treatment to their employees. Macy's violates many labor laws.
