Some people just don’t want to hear it. But let’s be honest here. AS is a horrible insurance company and the ONLY reason people remain is either they won’t find anything better OR they are waiting to get paid to leave. THAT IS A FACT. There is something wrong with the former (have faith in yourself damn it) and nothing wrong with the latter (I would be doing the same).

@ulx+1bxhEqPz You come in insulting OP looking like a total fu-k boi. You shouldn't be talking about intelligent design when you have never had an intelligent thought in your life.
@ulx+1bxhEqPz, you seem to have some serious anger issues..
Astute comment below on Rhonda Ferguson. She IS like a ghost. Allstate’s legal leaders under Susie were awful, but Rhonda may swoop in and prove to worse than all of them. Shocking how absent and checked out she is.
What a total loser you are. Just because you hate your basement living life doesn’t mean we all what to be pathetic like you. Get a life and do something with your miserable existence. Intelligent design should have weeded you out generations ago.

There’s a bunch of us on my team praying we get laid off with severance , but claims is so understaffed they don’t seem to want to let us go. They see us as another body . The work has more than doubled and its normal for us to be working until 8-9pm daily and weekends to keep up with the production goals . Allstate can’t seem to hire and replace the adjusters they laid off regretfully last year .

I hate interviewing and I think I have some sort of social anxiety disorder, so I’m kinda stuck but at least I get to work from home and still pay the bills, so I put up with all the ridiculous cr-p and 10 hour days
Some of us enjoy our work, our colleagues and the pay/benefits, but are incredibly frustrated with this company and the direction it has taken in the last couple years. Some of us still have hope that this company can turn the corner and once again become a place we're proud to work at. This company has a ton of potential but terrible leadership. Maybe it's too late, I don't know, but I'm going to hang in there a bit longer.
I'm in the Law Department btw, so only speaking for that area of the company. Once George and Susie left, it's just been a complete mess. No consistency, no clear direction, etc. Rhonda has been a ghost since she joined, I think she's only done one meeting/conference with the department and in that meeting she seemed uncomfortable and unprepared. My initial impressions of April have been better though. I expect a lot more changes before all is said and done.
Say it louder for the people in the back!
