Lasted through so much bs in our building as one of the first hires. Finally, 25 years in, congrats here’s your $200 service award. And the same week, signs go up that new hires get $2000 at hire. Yep, feeling overwhelmingly appreciated over here, my service was worth less than $10/year. Maybe the economy will tank and well get offered early retirement, which will still probably be a lot less than $2000.

Haha reminds me of my 10 year anniversary. Got $75 extra on my paycheck - after taxes that was like $30. Definitely makes you feel appreciated.
You’ll still get around $150 after taxes.
Don't be silly, they will offer you the standard one week per year of service (max 26) package.
