Next week starts the pure disaster for NG and Encompass. All Encompass claims start on the Cr-p of a system called EPIC. Production will go way down. Customer service will suck. It still makes no sense why they bought this company. NG adjusters have no idea of what awaits them come 2022. Watch the mass exit. This is cr-p.
