This company no longer provides decent working conditions for its employees, nor is it providing good customer service anymore. This company seems to exist only for those at the top. It's so sad. This is not the same company from a few years ago and I hope to get out of here as soon as possible.

hahahaha, if they quit, WS will just close the position, as its done repeatedly for the last year. the only work that needs completed is all the stuff that WS failed to automate. but at least they tried, right?
Good luck! Had my round one interview last week, getting ready for the round two interview in the near future. And I've got leads with another carrier as well, and developed a good relationship with them as a customer.
TT & company need millions in "motivational bonuses" to get through the bankruptcy they created. Meanwhile, the rank and file get little to nothing.
It's nice to know that I'm worth the same 1% raise as a guy on my team who clocks in on ETA and sits on his couch all day. Management is stupid enough to not notice it. I'm tired of fighting it. The outsourced groups that we can't understand, the inept management, the sl--e at the top.
Why would you even want to get in there 5zeu+1bwTAOqD? Do you not have ambitions and dreams? If you do, your not going to find it there. TT controls that. Your about d-mb.
