So some of us are now receiving our offer letters in CPU and CT, seems this isn't company wide and we are being told not to share it under penalty of misconduct from what I gather.

Nah, no one has letters.
Is grade a factor, maybe? Teams around me are being told that they won't be receiving their welcome letters until much closer to acquisition, maybe as late as March.

Strange that you did receive, I understood that the deal need still to be cleared by lot of regulators.
