Exxonmobil is trying to decertify the union, but the people who they brought in are stealing so much that once the lockout ends that company people involved will get fired. Too funny really

Lol it was salary employees, not contractors.
Many Union members are trying to decertify. Imo, the union heads in Beaumont are trying to get themselves kicked out by their requests.
What are they stealing exactly?
And management is bragging that the plant is being run by FLS and SLS
What are they stealing?
There was or is a Union in Beaumont Refinery? The TX one right - not Quebec or something?
I'd never heard that, but I am impressed.
I feel like it's Juneteenth all over again.
Or maybe not, based on what you're saying.
Who is stealing? What are they stealing?
I’ve been in unsafe situations where it was so bad operators were abandoning posts, and managers were not answering their phones but HQ kept running the site until the very last moment
everything had to be crashed because it looked like we were all going to go in a wall of fire. Where was the lps culture thennnnnn
Where’s a hurricane when you need one....see how well this EMCO strategy works then. Sucks for all the fresh grad engineers but truth is ExxonMobil doesn’t care about you. When it really truly comes down to it, they will choose production over your well being every single time despite the bs they feed you otherwise
