He also has an Insurance Referral Service (another one of his money makers), where he endorses LOCAL Independent Agents. Went on just to see, I'm in Florida, an Independent Agent CSR, not the Agent, contacted me from Tennessee. They get around this by their having Non-Resident Licenses!

That hack?? Yeah ok, I have 25% to put down on a 15 year mortgage but it can only be 1/4 of my take home pay. Right. I get living within your means but he’s unrealistic. While I save to do this I would be paying 50% more in RENT (the ultimate waste of money).
Dave Ramsey is also the kind of boss/CEO everyone loves working for.
I’d also probably be dead from covid. Just saying.
