There is chatter in SL of having a union represent them due to low wages, declining benefits and poor management.

An IUOE rep contacted me recently asking if I was willing to help organize in SL. He advised that lots of people in SL are interested.
Someone in HR told me that any location that unionized would get shut down. It's not strictly legal to do that, but the lawyers get paid enough to think of some reason to justify it. Productivity cost or some cr-p like that
It is too late. You should have got off your lazy butts much, much earlier.
Good. There needs to be more of this throughout the industry. People whine about being treated badly on all these boards but no one is willing to stick their neck out and do anything about it.
