The biggest opportunity associated with working for Xerox is to use the brand recognition to get out, and to get paid while searching for a new job.
I would never recommend taking a position at Xerox - look elsewhere. Especially given that the current economic bo-m will not be lasting. The layoff volume will only get worse when a downturn hits, and the environment will grow even more toxic.

I agree with every word, @1ecl+1buk1dzv. I can’t even imagine what it will look like at Xerox when economic downturn hits? It won't be nice at all.

It ain’t gonna be pretty as Xerox barely held up during the previous good years ..
Agree with this post 100%. Put most of your efforts into leaving Xerox, dead/dying company with negative growth who mistreats its employees badly.
