What is needed here is a union. Look at how well they have worked out for Ford, GM, and government workers for the last 50 plus years.

They promise better pay, better benefits, but any time a new labor deal was struck, the raise we'd get was cut into by dues increases. It's a fu----g scam. Instead of just the company screwing you, you get another layer of id--ts fu----g you over.
They also didn't prevent our benefits from being cut yearly, they didn't stop sh---y management from making bad decisions and they held back innovation because we couldn't update processes because of protected employees and their age restricting then from updated training.
