What a joke... does management really think we're that ignorant?

"Completely unrelated" - yet (almost) everyone that received an NSI last year was let go.
Focused on "Rewarding" - yet we haven't received any salary bumps in the past two years, and inflation is through the roof.
"Improvement of performance over time" - yet this only encourages the smart and capable employees to leave while they can, effectively reducing our workforce's talent over time.
Folks, management has shown you their cards. They are scared shitless about people wisening up to the trajectory of this company, and they are trying their best to stop the bleeding with messaging like what BTCX (and I'm sure other sites) received this morning.
They must think we're blind or ignorant if they think we won't call their bluff.
Why else would they be working to hire into departments in Baytown if they are targeting a 15% reduction globally?
