O lawd,the survey is out, management should be reaching out to their teams within the next couple of weeks to develop action plans..get ready for the dramatics following firings,and layoffs

Scored in high 90s on mine. I'm one of the rare ones who invests in my team.
They were super nice and collaborative in today's team meeting, but nobody mentioned the elephant in the room (2/3 of the team gave negative feedback about management on the survey). The next few weeks will be interesting.
I’m sorry but I don’t believe that the majority of employees are satisfied with how the company is performing. Those numbers have to be either made up or coming from employees who are scared to be honest.
According to the their survey they are up in numbers and better than ever. I think it is a bunch of horse BS. I see the layoffs starting in July when the contracts aren't signed on the waiting states, lawsuits are completed and people figure out they are lying to their faces.
And let the retaliation begin!
Keep in mind that they do this survey not because they care what you think - it’s more about figuring out how their working culture is preventing them from reaching their goals.
