CEO Woods Assessment - Vote of Confidence

Based on Woods prior year performance should he be placed in the NSI bucket and PIPED.

If Yes, vote thumbs up.

If No, vote thumbs down.

He and TG have destroyed the company. Lost the respect and trust of the vast majority of employees. These were loyal to the Company but no more after under handed tactics. He has lost the faith of shareholders but still our board do not take action. Maybe more of them need to go next year?

In any upcoming forum with DW please ask him if he has to rank himself. Which bracket will he be at based on his performance so far.

A shameless joke.

The employees voice must not be shut down by the lying, scheming, and corrupt CEO and his minions.

Despite their lack of transparency, despite their selective screening of questions and their non answers at forums, we must be heard. They have no problem speaking and acting out: constant reorganizations, no strategy, discontinuing our 401k match, freezing our salaries, no promotions, no COLA, pensions and retiree health are most likely gone, they PIP us to avoid severance and unemployment, they make their announcements through the press to avoid telling us to our faces, they lie to us in meetings, they PCP our NRE employees and PIP those ages 45 - 50 to avoid paying pension.

We have families, mortgages, bills to pay, families to feed, health care needs (seen your COBRA cost yet).

Do they PIP, layoff or sever Executives or VPs? NO. Did we get us where we are today's? NO, the Executives and VPs did.

So speak up, vote, let Woods know what you think about his performance, good or bad? CL30, Executives and above do not need a 401k match, they receive RSUs equal to their annual salaries. The Value Added Strategy and the Lean Into Strategy failed miserably so now we are onto the Woods Net Worth Strategy, 100 million by YE21. Maybe the board takes notice, maybe not, but silence gets us what we got now, which is a sh-t show. God Bless You All.

So what after we voted. The most important vote is the shareholder vote - which they have voted him in. Apparently shareholders like low returns for high dividends.
