I’ve been trying in every way lately. I would like to give notice at this very moment. I’ve sent a lot of apps and hope to get an offer soon because I can’t wait for the layoffs. I'll probably agree to a worse job than I have here, but the only thing that matters is that I'm not at Allstate anymore.
My work day yesterday was such that I almost gave notice even though I don't have an alternative yet.

I wa t to quit too. Interviewing elsewhere . The last 8 months have been awful for everyone on my team . Allstate laid off too many adjusters leaving the ones tensioning to do triple the work and deal with pi---d off customers, shops. Customers are suffering. We work long hours to try and meet Allstate’s new production credit goals . Easily working 55 plus hours a week to avoid getting written up!

There’s quite a few of us on my team that have left since January ...about 9 tenured adjusters in auto . The amount of work they want and long hours plus pressure to do the job of 2-3 adjusters writing estimates from 8am to 8pm is insane . We’re all ready to quit .

It’s a pit. Terrible. Going down in history as the worst insurance company to work for and with. Good luck India As the economy gets better and people leave they may have to put Tom Wilson on the phone. It’s a mass exodus due to the way they did the employees.
