This is it, it’s time to move to another industry or job. I hope that the process operators can deal with KLTCs recommendations (e.g. move the set point by 0.5 to no benefit but the data analysis tells them so). Garbage in = garbage out

Im so sick of this sh-t. Between the bs petty ranking system, and this delusional twilight world of KLTC I am so done. I can’t jump ship fast enough. Good luck helping your coworkers, or improving anything meaningfully here anymore.

The writing has been on the wall for the past year but some people don’t want to see it and chose to listen to employee forums and BC s*it.
If you still want to work in the oil and gas move to a CANADIAN company and transfer some of the experience you got to help them excel. This is what I will do
