Any clues from supervisors or managers on the board? The meetings are finished from what we can see from your calendars. Thought in new system list is finalized after meeting. Why delay communication?

When you say the first week of July, are you referring to the week June 28-July 2 or July 6-9 (short week)?

Communication in UIS/UBD to start as early as the first week of July. “Poor performers” will be surprised once again.
Once again no accountability for cr---y managers.

Things are not finalized until Personnel Matters Guidelines (PMG) endorsement is obtained. Think of PMG like DOAG but for people stuff. Your PMG endorser will likely wait until all the assessment results for their entire scope is available. Those approvals are happening right now.
