From what I can see, the week of July 19th.
After July 1 …. I expect by mid-July.
Our regional manager said mid-July (“but omg I might be oversharing I just want you to know the truth!”).

When you say the first week of July, are you referring to the week June 28-July 2 or July 6-9 (short week)?

Things are not finalized until Personnel Matters Guidelines (PMG) endorsement is obtained. Think of PMG like DOAG but for people stuff. Your PMG endorser will likely wait until all the assessment results for their entire scope is available. Those approvals are happening right now.
Not all meetings are finished yet - it's a big corporation.
