Just to see him do all the things I have to do outside of my job, and then asks him - as he does me so many times - why something I had to finish is still not completed. Maybe it's not done because you gave me so many tasks that have nothing to do with me to do ASAP! I can't be in more than one place at once, no matter how hard I try. I either need a new manager or a new job.

This sounds like more of a communication issue which is an easy fix , your manager has a lot of faith and belief in you but doesn’t have a clear picture of what’s on your plate …. send an email update at the start or at the end of your work day with where you are in terms of completed task , maybe a green check mark ✅ on what’s done and “pending” next to the things you are still working on.
