What was JH talking about toward the end of the call when she was discussing Store Manger job description and grading? She said they widened the salary grade a few years ago but that it is evaluated on a yearly basis? Then she said more to come? Wondering what the more to come is?

She’s still chasing her tail and talking out her rear like always. Fall in line and say yes ma’am or she’ll figure out a way to remove you. Her story is a good one, but she’s not who she pretends to be. Watch yourself around her.
Really? River Grove? Bulldozed the building and now is a cold/freeze storage building (NOT Follett).
Unreal!
Would you like to be a stower with Follett? How about a ful-time (yes ful-time) Store Manager.
I looked at the Careers site and the new store manager positions are listed as Full Time, not salary, so they might be headed in that direction, maybe if the stores not Access. It also looks like ASMS are going more towards part-time. There are also A LOT of mistakes on the page, like typos, or the wrong store listed. According to the website, they are hiring a Regional Manager in California that will be working in River Grove, IL. It is pretty embarrassing, so it could just be mistakes and nothing to worry about. However, it is Follett...
It’s obfuscation for more of the same: staff being fired where they haven’t already been cut to the bone, and more work being dumped on the store manager. Get ready for a rocky fall 2021.
constant re-evaluating store structures was the phrase I remember most. Look, I don't want to fear monger (even though that's how it sounds) but that's Business English for 'cost reductions.' Push the inclusive access system, that is the message to come from that presentation. Push it, because the alternative isn't so rosy.
