It wouldn't surprise me if we had another round, the way things are going.

Do tell more. What general areas in GTO? Not sure how we can work with less people. There is a point where all you can do is laugh.
[insert LOB] evolution is just corporate code for "we're going to layoff a bunch of you". Already happening with GTO. HR is next.
I heard today from someone in charge of workforce planning for a big lob to expect a "busy summer'... Good thing I'm going into my 5th-9th interview rounds with big tech neighbor...
I've heard from several people that they don't want the expense of severance packages and are just trying to get people to leave on their own.
