It seems to me that there is no chance that those at the top will accept that it is their fault for the situation at Allstate, and not the employees who, in their opinion, never do enough.
Personally, I think Allstate has great employees given the working conditions it provides them. This is proven by those who left here and are now respected in other companies.
What miracle needs to happen for top dogs to realize that they are the ones who need to take responsibility and that everything that happens is the result of their bad decisions?

No miracle. Make your decision to move on and be successful, as the originator of this post stated! Every person I know who left is doing better and making more money. (And I am talking about region jobs, not just claims). Trust your talent and move on to greater opportunity.
Well, certainly forming a union won't do the trick...
All claims to India !! Anybody can write a lowball estimate without a license it seems at Allstate nowadays . Pray you’re never an Allstate insured having to file a claim in the near future.
Why would the 100 or so people at the top making all the pi-s poor and ridiculous decisions that are putting this company further and further into the cr----r when they have 42,000 employees they can point their filthy incompetent slimy fingers at and blame?
It must be good to be king.
Shapiro is a curse word at Liberty / Safeco.
Shapiro better leave quick or a Union just may rise up we are so ravaged by what management has done and failed to do.
It will NEVER happen. They will retire or move on to the next role leaving a huge pile of smoldering waste behind. The horrible CE scores due to their inept decisions will be blamed on Frontline employees as usual. One thing is for certain… Whoever replaces Shapiro will have one massive train wreck of a claims department to repair. It will take years.
