Thread regarding Imperial Oil Limited layoffs

What’s your response to the Bloomberg article?

Are you still going to work and pretend nothing is happening.
My plan is to slack off as much as I can to get in the NSI bucket while looking for another job. If both come at the same time then this is my lucky day, if I find a job before getting pip’ed then I will abandon this place right away.
I see the job market is actually improving right now.
We should all be shooting a new “GET OUT” movie for the next few months.

Only executives are eligible for bonuses, the vast majority of the work force do not have a clue what this benefit is. Despite the doom and gloom last year, generous stock options continued to be awarded to the executives for their "resilience" and smart business acumen such as successfully applying to the CEWS program and sending the money Exxon's way through reintroducing the stock repurchase program and increased dividend payments this year. Exxon needs the cash to pay their princely dividends of $14G each year.

My repose is, I recently left. the only thing I miss is LPS. I loved waisting time doing an LPO on not holding the handrail or not locking my laptop just to pretend that I embrace safety. Lol
