General Managers stepping down or leaving company?

I don't know about the rest of the company but in Southeastern Michigan 3 GM's are stepping down or leaving. There were 2 forced out before that.
If I was a VP or above I would start wondering about my District Manager and maybe my Regional.
Then there is several Managers in clubs leaving too.
Me a TL in club that has new GM we have 2 TL that already asked to step down and I will be leaving soon.

Most are older long term people.

I’m finding there are all kinds of Michigan clubs that do not have great managers … mid-Michigan clubs for sure . Favoritism, bullies. We have so many associates stressed out because they have to work twice as hard to make up for a very lacking 2nd shift ( floor, receiving especially ) some of our managers just need to go away . We need new blood. All we get now is excuses and them wanting more from us ! Call offs are still crazy and we can’t keep help . Hmmm wonder why ? Lol

Wish this would happen in west Michigan. We have the worse bunch of promoted from within management misfits this side of the Grand River.

Home office doesn’t care .. all they will do it put another not qualified MIT in that position . Our club had an MIT who was useless as a floor lead .. she is so lazy…. We were all surprised she was even able to become a MIT , but they are desperate for managers .. it always helps if u are in the GM’s little click too

Yeah, but your not VP or above. Your rank aside, I doubt home office cares. You do realize there is an unlimited pool of managers waiting in the wings, each one eager to step into a GM position.
