Allstate is really doomed. I do not understand their logic according to which this way of managing a company is sustainable in the long run. No, I don’t intend to do work for several people anymore.
Rarely is anyone with any talent really interested in dedicating themselves here, and the others are not capable of doing the job properly.

They call it "running lean". Which translates to giving your employees an unmanageable workload.

The agency force has a town hall meeting tomorrow that really sounds like a few bo--s will be dropped - so wouldn't be surprised if the agency force is quite a bit less by the first of the year. All seems to be part of the grand plan. I'm a 35 year agent and am genuinely embarrassed to try and sell Allstate to friends and family. It's time to go...
