All the smartest people are long gone. Most of those left are the few smart folks waiting to retire, underachievers who have no other options but to stick around, and new people who are looking to leave within a week of working here. This place has turned into a joke and everybody knows it.

I don't know where you work but there a lots of very smart people still here. Clearing of dead wood clogging up career paths has opened up lots of opportunities for people to get experience they would have not otherwise had. And thrive.
Outsourcing has ruin this company.Across all disciplines moving jobs to India, Guatemala and the Far East was three steps backward.

stripped away all benefits for the workers AND support for the customers. If you need support, have fun talking to India or Guatemala trying to figure out those contracts. Sales reps and managers cant even get answers let alone customers. what a shame.
