It’s ridiculous that everyone starts at $15/hr. There is absolutely no incentive to take a harder job which requires skills anymore. The lazy people will overrun the buildings now. Paying higher wages and hiring 3-4 people to do what one person used to do alone.

Everyone is not making fifteen. Gas and maintenance still eleven starting and getting the middle finger. Been here four years and sitting on 11.60. F K this place!
If you don't like it, you should have planned your life better. Don't care if you don't like what I'm writing, it's true and you know it. You want more money, prepare yourself for a job that pays more. Even a plumber gets paid more.
Agree. and they don’t pay Cake Decorators Cr-p now . I mean they start at just a $1 more than a floor person or baker/wrapper person . It is awful

The reason why everyone gets paid $15 now is to keep the liberals shopping and to prevent current employees from applying to other places. The restaurant industry doesn’t pay Jack cr-p and look at what they are going through.
They're just throwing the low hanging fruit people a bone to shut them up. They don't know any better because they think 2 percent sounds like a lot of money.
Couldn’t put it any better. There’s even positions that are level 7 that get paid the same as a level 3. Basically that’s the company saying “your job is much more important and requires much more knowledge and skill, but you don’t deserve to get paid accordingly.” It’s a joke. I understand they had to raise the bottom line because other positions weren’t making anywhere near what they should have, but they should have raised everyone else accordingly as well. This company has ZERO respect for the individual and the work they do. Awful
