Your best bet at redeployment is to accomplish it at another company.
Can rererererererereredeploy until you get the greenest grass, as you might sure whether the first redeployment suit you. I guess Seagate allows you to jump around until you can get the greener grass. lol.

Personally I view it as a positive. I have witnessed a few coworkers redeployed to jobs they are more aligned. With that said, I have already seen the program abused by some groups submitting for a person who was only brought in to motivate a present employee. The company better tread carefully with this program.
