I am one of the 40 adjusters moving to the CCC starting Monday as a part of the CCC's new Claims Engagement Team. No more adjysting, no more making excuses with pi---d off shops of this company. No more 12+ hour days just to keep my job, no more toxic claims atmosphere. The meetings and interactions I have had leading up to this with the CCC folks has been a positive delightful breath if fresh air. Good riddance claims. They need to ship the disaster known as claims to India as soon as possible.

Got some bad news for you buddy...
I don't think claims needs to be moved to India like they are planning to and in the process of doing. However claims needs a full blown jet powered en--a to cleanse the toxic smelly human sh!t from senior claims leadership down to claims grunts as claims in regards to processes, attitudes, ethics, and professionalism is irrepairible with its current negative, arrogant self important workforce problems.
Allstate feels like unlicensed Indian employees can write estimates and do virtual inspections for $5 hour . Allstate sees no value in claims adjusters anymore . Goodbye American workers .
I am also claims and I am BEGGING YOU to lay me off with my severance package. PLEASE!!!!!
We are too far gone here in claims. It is not even a functioning department anymore. Plus most claims employees are so fed up and demoralized that they have turned into complete as-----s. Move this overseas ASAP and end our misery.
Please take me with you . They have us Friday off for Juneteenth but checked my claims for tomorrow Monday and it’s double , I guess to make of for giving us last Friday off. Im trying to find another job . We just can’t keep arguing with shops and customers 2-3 times a day about delays , rentals due to excessive repair delays and lack of adjuster staffing is God awful! Was a great company up until the layoffs ! They want us to write 10 quality estimates a day with cr---y photos because shops can’t get through in virtual assist due to no staffing and Allstate’s refusal to let us go back into the field ! We’re having customers take photos at shops and towyards for us due to shops refusing to cooperate with us anymore . Shops tired of writing estimates for us
I'm with op. Claims to India may actually help this company. Claims is so toxic with such aggressive and deceitful behavior within the department thanks to Wilson and Shapiro's incompetence and slimy tactics . And I say this actually being in claims. Praying for my notice and severance package soon! Let India handle this dumpster fire.
