Thread regarding Barnes & Noble layoffs

Done with this site.

Nuked another post about a certain store in the company, post did not violate terms of service but any post about that specific store gets taken down. I’m sure the layoff.com gets bombarded by HR anytime theirs a post about said location, hey layoff.com you don’t have to comply with them stop protecting these people, exposing them is the only way things will improve, have some integrity. Anyway Im done on here, I can tell you 99 percent of the stuff posted on here is true and not spam we are sincere people trying to make things better.

Short version of the site’s content rules (copy-paste from one of the previous posts here):

  • no foul language
  • no politics
  • no religion/race/ethnicity talk
  • no asking for votes (of any kind - political, union, etc)
  • no threats & violence, bullying, slandering
  • no personal names (ok to name c-suits as they ar public figures, not ok to name a middle manager or an employee)
  • no personal info of any kind (regardless of one’s position)

I just went through the rules here and it's clear that the posts you're referring to break no "personal and confidential information" rule. If you identify somebody, be it by naming them or giving enough info to surmise who they are, that's personal info. If you really read the rules before complaining, you'd have known this as well.

So let’s sweep the behavior under the rug . Let’s not call out the bad behavior. That’s how the toxic behavior runs rampant in the company.

All those BN people posting that posters don’t know what they’re talking. Those, blaming the “formers” for misinformation.
It’s not misinformation. It’s true. But, they want you to think it’s not and blame disgruntled employees. That’s why this site is here. Because if the bad way employees are treated.

Don't worry, every post I make pretty much gets nuked also. I think the mod blocked a certain phrase that I like to say at the end of my postings. Anyways. I can't post it anymore for some reason.
