Do you constantly feel like they are going to get rid of you? Most Allstate employees constantly feel like they are about to get axed. How healthy is that for employees? How much does it benefit Allstate itself? The situation here has never been worse. I wonder, could it have been different?

In claims it’s like an abusive bipolar relationship . They’ll dump 10 inspects on you a day for a straight week then come next week tell you that it’s all going to be better because they’re trying to hire 300 VA adjusters to make up for all the thousands of adjusters they laid off last year! They kept lying to us to keep us here. They have no vision . They refuse to use adjusters in local markets to go to shops .
